Online checkin

Is MSC having problems with online checkin?  When I try to print the documents, it always says there is a problem with it or more info is needed in regard to the health information and/or "please read the passenger document".   Everything is there and they say document is ready, but still having problems.....very frustrating...

I had a similar problem, but I think it was because we were booked with a TA. She was able to mail me the tickets. The one cruise not booked with the TA, it took 24 hours after requesting for it to eventually show up.

I completed the online check in process for our upcoming Seascape cruise. Everything was in order and I was unable to down load the e ticket documents and received an error message every time saying I had not yet completed on line check in.

 I called MSC, waited on hold for half an hour and then got a helpful agent who asked for my booking number. She looked it up, everything was complete. She then emailed the documents to me. Easy Peasy.

Yes, MSC's website is a train wreck.

This just actually happened to me before I loged on.

Called, not on hold at all and the dude emailed my ticket and health questionnaire no problems.

Happened to us last month as well as yesterday.  It is ridiculous that phone calls are necessary after completing everything online.  The website (Canadian) is slow and awful.
