Recently Marc S. assumed the GM role on Prima.

Thank you!! She is quite amazing. I was stunned when the husband even said she was the best cruise director we've ever had (I didn't think he paid any attention to them at all).  And thanks, for the last name!

Someone asked about Captain Teo Grbic so I put him on the list.

Over the last several years beginning pre COVID-19, a number Norwegain staff members left for all kinds of reasons.  A number died from COVID, some from cancer and some for other reasons.  Sad for all of them, thier families and thier friends both staff and passengers.

I am not sure what you are driving at. I simply put on some names we have met over the years. Of course there are others and that's for other people to talk about.

There are 3 that we encountered on our first NCL cruise on the Sun in Sept 2016.  I have often wondered where they are now.

 

CD - Philly Joel - fantastic and havent heard anything about him since

Concierge - Carlos Z.  Again fantastic.  We sailed with him again on the Jade in March 2018

Food and Beverage - Vesna - Fantastc - she was also on the Jade in March 2018.

 

1 of the reasons that I follow this thread is to see where they have moved on to, as well as to see if one day I might sail with them again.  They made that first NCL cruise so special and memorable.

I hope all are healthy, and to one day sail the seas with them again.

Good point.  Maybe new projects of some sort, not sure.  

But Martin I. isn't GM on Prima or another ship and has taken a different position.  

 

Have never sailed with Nelson but there will be Viva GM Nelson.

We had an amazing bar tender “nebo” in maltings on the encore TA in  2019.  He said he had a friend on celebrity summit. We went on the summit in nov 2019 and met his friend in the dining room.  Would love to know if Nebo is still with NCL.

Just saw your post today and wanted to let you know that Vesna was the GM on our Jade Greece cruise in November 2021 (can't believe it has been that long already). She was absolutely fantastic as the GM and I am hoping she is still around. I would love to sail with her again.

If you type in his name in Google with "NCL" behind it, Linkedin shows up and click on it. It shows his profession as still being with NCL. Hope this helps.

Linkedin sometimes does not have good up to date information.  I have a friend who Linkedin says is Assistant Shore Excursion Manager and she has not been with NCL for 5 years.
