Onboard credit

Recommended Posts

I cruise in two weeks on Grandeur.  I have cruised before and had this same question.

Where do I find how much onboard credit I have?

I received some when booking and just redeemed Bank of America points and I can't find where in my account it is credited.

Thanks.  I need those credits for alcohol.  🍹

Log into your account on www.royalcaribbean.com.

Look at the cruise in question and select "Plan My Cruise"

In the upper right hand corner you will see where it tells you what you have for OBC.

It's updated as you make purchases using your OBC.

IF you are getting OBC from your travel agent, that will not show up until a day or two after you are onboard.

That may have been OBC from Royal for your booking.  Then again, my experience has been that any OBC from my TA has only shown up after we are onboard.

If this is true... I'm happy with my extra unplanned $100 lol

I had a credit card offer so I bought myself $500 in on board credit.  I did this a few weeks ago, but no credit is showing up in the area you mentioned.  Do you think this will show up by day 2 or so once I board?  We sail tomorrow.

I do not believe this type of OBC shows up until you are onboard.  To see this prior to boarding you would need to going into your account on the web and look at "orders."  It should show up there.

That's what I thought, but it's not even in the order area.

I do not know what to say in that case.  Print out a copy of your order receipt and take it with you just to be safe.
