Excursion details/reviews

Where can I find a review and more detailed information regarding an excursion?  Specifically, the BEST of NASSAU through Celebrity.  Does the tour STOP anywhere besides the Rum distillery?  Is the straw market and the rest all just "drive by"?  Many of these excursions are full of flowery language but short on specifics.  Thank you!
