Cozumel safety after Mazatlan issues?

Since the recent unrest in Mazatlan after the arrest of El Chapo’s son, has anyone noticed any changes to security on this coast, in particular Cozumel?  I realize Mazatlan is on the other coast, etc, but just curious if there has been any effect on the Cozumel area.

All the unrest is related to the Sinaloa Cartel which has no presence anywhere in the Yucatan Peninsula so I don't think you will see anything change there.

Cozumel isn't even on the mainland.

Actually cartel activity has been on the rise on Coz. It did seem to be immune to that scurge for a long time, but no longer…The cartels follow the $$$, and Coz is a budy place!
