SHOWROOMS ON CELEBRATION

The main showroom on Horizon had a very odd set up with movable chairs and not enough seating. The comedy theater also had a very poor set up. There were lots of complaints so I was hoping that was changed with the new ships. Can’t tell for sure with the deck plans and haven’t seen pictures or info in reviews. Was hoping someone who’s been on both can answer.

If worried about seating for the comedy shows, they have shows scattered throughout the day starting around 3:30pm. They are at different venues and some in the main theatre in the evenings. Note that the theatre is not like other ships and more of a stadium seating movie theatre. Check out the live reviews on CC or youtube! For the broadway shows, most of them are in the "atrium" which has been a disaster for getting a seat with an actual view.

Is the seating in the main theater and comedy club the same bad set up as the Horizon?

Center stage (atrium) has the aerial acts and the elaborate shows.  The seating area is awful and very difficult to get a seat.  There are 3 floors of seating, decks 6, 7 and 8.  If you are successful in getting a seat on deck 6 near the stage you can see everything.  Anywhere else if not in the front row, you will not be able to see when they are not on the stage. Also, on deck 7 & 8 there is a lot of background noise.

The grand spectrum theatre has the usual productions shows, but much better choreography than the older shows.  The talent is excellent. The seating is done well in this venue.

You will not have a problem seeing the comedy shows as they have several different times and 2 different venues. I don't remember how many nights they had a show in the grand spectrum theatre with both comedians as well.
