Missing Captain's Club Points

I never received Captain's Club Points from my November cruise. Email to cec@celebrity.com last week remains unanswered. Any recommendations on what I should do next?

Call the CC. 1-800-760-0654.

Call CC or Engagement Center.    I've never had much luck with emailing either.

I engaged in all the Power Up Points activities, and have not had any points show on my Captains Club record, I have emailed but guess I will need to call, no idea how many I am owed though to be honest, as they were quizzes and webinars etc, just did them and assumed the points would be added.

So it turns out my points weren't missing after all. Captain's Club phone rep could see the "missing" points, even though I can't see those points on the web site or on the app. They sent a ticket to IT. We'll see whether I will be able to see my Captain's Club points later.

 

Perhaps people with missing Power Up Points could be experiencing a similar IT issue.

All you need to do to see the points and status again is to go to your profile and delete you CC number and then Re-Enter.    I did it using the App and was fixed in a matter of seconds.
