Best excursion that includes Punta Sur?

I have been to Cozumel numerous times but have never seen Punta Sur.  I am looking for an excursion there for our trip in April.  We did a Jeep excursion already that included San Gevvasio, snorkeling and Tequilla factory so not looking to do those again.  Most of the tours I am seeing have those.  I would love some recommendations.

I would go with a private driver and pick your own locations.
