CruisingLover Posted January 11, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2023 (edited) Hi there 🙂 Any recommendations as to which Hilton or Marriott hotel to stay at in Miami for 1 night pre cruise? We'd like to be as close to the port as possible. Edited January 11, 2023 by CruisingLover
George C Posted January 11, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2023 Marriott shares a lobby with doubletree lobby has lots of restaurants some with live music and they both have balconies that overlook pier , Hilton is a block father away without balconies. We always book doubletree which is a Hilton property.

CruiserBruce Posted January 11, 2023 #5 Share Posted January 11, 2023 Close to port would have to include the Hampton Brickell. One of the nicest Hamptons I have ever stayed in (a Lifetime Diamond), in a fun part of town. Recommended here quite frequently.
CruisingLover Posted January 13, 2023 Author #6 Share Posted January 13, 2023 Thank you for the information. We are cruising over NYE and we ended up booking an Airbnb because a LOT of hotels were already sold out! Thought that was nuts until we realized the Orange Bowl was going to be there at that time!
