When should we get the medallions before cruise?

We have a cruise the first part of February. When should we expect the medallions to be delivered? 

I feel like we should get them by now but maybe I am jumping the gun a little. thanks, Kaye

Yes, they usually arrive about 12-14 days before sail date.

You probably will get a notice, usually USPS.  Comes in a bubble envelope white, with big blue sea witch.  Last month, anyway.

If your cruise was booked (and paid for BTW) before Dec 14 when they changed things, but the cruise is after Feb 20, will I still get our medallions mailed to us free of charge?   Are we grandfathered in?  I am not clear on this.

I just ordered c medallions for our May27 cruise

We have n I t paid for t h e cruise,  only a deposit

They did not charge us to deliver v them to our home

 

We've received c them previously 7-10days before the cruise

Sometim e sxan email ahead of time 

Sometimes they just show u p in our mail box

I read it that, if you

ordered accessories, other than the free included one (the lanyard), then you

pay shipping.  Don’t know for sure.  
Guess we will see.

thanks for the replies. I guess I will just be patient. If they don't come, I know I can get them at the port.

Hi Curlybelle. Our cruise begins January 29th and I got the email yesterday from FedEx that our medallions have left Singapore and are on their way. They’ll give me an expected date as soon as possible. Relax and enjoy your cruise.
