pittnh Posted January 18, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 18, 2023 I assume I have to call or email as you can't do above 8 in cruise planner? Do you think they will be able to accomodate?

belmontcrew Posted January 18, 2023 #3 Share Posted January 18, 2023 This was 2019 so not sure if it still applies. We also had a group of 12. We had to book one party of 8 and one party of four with a notation that we wanted to dine as a group. Checked our reservation as soon as we boarded and we were a table of 12. I don’t understand why they had to do it this way, but they did and it worked.
Rare rudeney Posted January 19, 2023 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2023 Voyager has several tables in Chops that would accommodate 12 or more and one night I saw a group of maybe 10 at one of them, so it's definitely possible.
SeaTeach Posted January 20, 2023 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2023 Noticed 10-12 crew members celebrating a birthday in Chops on the Vision in Dec.
Rare JamesEM Posted January 20, 2023 #6 Share Posted January 20, 2023 My experience was that service was slow, because the kitchen can't produce several meals at one time.
baldilocks Posted January 20, 2023 #7 Share Posted January 20, 2023 Try Chops for lunch. Not busy at that time and the cost is less. They should be able to put tables together for you....just ask ahead of time. Don't just make a reservation and then show up. The staff at Chops might not know exactly what you want. Go talk to them in person before the event.
ATSEAMYLIFE Posted January 20, 2023 #8 Share Posted January 20, 2023 On the cruise planner book eight and four or six and six all for the same time. Then go in first thing and make sure they join them up. That's what we did on Wonder for 150 CP for Thanksgiving dinner. I had to flex the time by 30 minutes but they made it work.
