To get mine I just on their website and there was spot to click and filled in some simple information and then received an email quickly afterwards that it was verified. I did not have to send in verification, although it may have still been on file from a few years ago.

Being Canadian, we have to fill in a PDF form and submit.

I am wondering, if they acknowledge receiving the form?

Send in Military documents.

I think OBC shows up until 90 days around final payment in my account?

Do you receive a email that your Military documents have been accepted as cruise is not until November?

When did you apply? Log in to your account and select "payments". When that window opens scroll all the way to the bottom  and you should see, "On board credits for this booking".  You should see a line item called, "Military benefits".

I am asking for my cousin as he is not on this site, he send information in 2 weeks ago.  It is not listed under payments.

My military discount shows up as soon as I look at a cruise - basically indicating I would get it if we booked (not the exact amount because that depends on the length of the cruise).  We have a Feb 2024 two week cruise booked and the $250 military OBC was on our booking from day 1.

My military OBC never shows up on its own, so I usually email the department a month or few weeks out from my cruise. One time I was already on board and noticed it still wasn't there, and the great folks at the front desk were able to call back and get that sorted for me.

It's supposed to show up automagically, but in my case I always have to prompt them to have it applied. I just send that and the shareholder requests out on the same day.

My military OBC shows up automatically whenever I book a new cruise in the individual area selected in the payments area. Has shown up for every cruise since I submitted by DD 214 around 20 years ago.
