Now that they are coming up I don't know which cruise was booked with each offer. Is anyone aware of how to see the casino offers that are applied? Your request has been received and assigned ticket # 334095. We are currently experiencing a higher volume than expected. One of our agents will be in touch with you. Please know it might take us a little bit longer to reply to your request. We want to thank you all for your patience." I have yet to hear back and I have received an email confirmation each time. Something definitely is going on. Should not be taking this long. I have also checked my spam.
