Future Cruise

Does Celebrity keep a record of a future cruise certificates? My travel agent has passes but she told me Before she passed Thai have a future cruise certificate with Celebrity. I just said good. I didn’t ask for the # because she had it. Now people who took over for her say they can’t find it. So was wondering if anyone knows if I call celebrity would they be able to look it up by my name? I know it’s an old one not sure of the date it was purchased.

Login to your X account and on upcoming cruises they should appear

If it's an unassigned Cruise Later certificate it would have been automatically refunded after a year. Otherwise it would show up as a 2039 cruise date in your account.

Are you asking about a FCC from a cancelled cruise or a Future Cruise Certificate that you purchased on board?

Future Cruise certificate that I purchased onboard.

I put down a $100 cruise anytime deposit while on our March 2020 cruise (and you know how that story turned out). When we resumed cruising last year I took the certificate to the Cruise Planning people onboard to see if I could apply the money to next booking. She looked in her system and because the prior cruise had been booked (by my friend) through a TA the money went to them and not Celebrity and she could not access it. I don't know if this is helpful but I certainly learned something.

Hey! I have one of those 2039 cruise dates on my list of future cruise bookings!

 As I will be 98 in 2039 (Assuming I'm still breathing?) I don't expect to be on that cruise.

 Is that an indication that X is sitting on some of my $$ ?

 I made a Lot of bookings that were canceled during Covid.
