People on this board have spoken so highly of Steve Dasseos and the Trip Insurance Store.  We purchased a policy, have some claimable issues and want to fully understand some nuances of our policy.  I’ve emailed Steve three times now with no response.  We cannot make calls to 800 numbers.  Does anyone know of another way to reach him? I really need some answers.

Update - I have connected with Steve and we are good.  Thanks for the help.
