The May 18 - June 1 sailing is a fairly recent addition. I had been watching itineraries for a few months in that timeframe and it was suddenly there. That it was a 14 day was really attractive to us. It is still showing on their website. I was told by Oceania that this will be the first sailing post refurb. We booked it. First Oceania cruise. So far, no notice of cancellation. Possibly OP was cancelled since their itinerary began earlier? 
I was going to look into airfare this weekend. I think I will hold a bit longer…..

I’m surprised they are doing the drydock in May 2024 versus November 2023.  Didn’t they already push it back once?  I would think May would be a better month for bookings, so more lost revenue.  But, maybe May 2024 allows them to push the cost into a new fiscal year?

We are just hoping they dont have a problem doing a refurb in 3 weeks and our trip gets cancelled.

My Oceania specialist agent told me that after covid all cruise lines were struggling for dry dock space and basically had to grab what they are offered. So many ships now and so few specialist shipyards capable of quick turn rounds.

Could be  the  ship yard  that needed to reschedule

 You just do not  rock up & say I want to get the ship  refurbished 🙄
