Shipboard credit how long?

Hello,

 

We were given more shipboard credit due to an issue it suddenly disappeared, this happened yesterday.

I went online in our account and still don't see it, how long does it take for Celebrity to post this credit to our account?

I assumed it would be overnight.

Are you on a ship now or have you not started the cruise yet?  
 

if on the ship, consult Guest Relations.  It is not unusual, though, that bookkeeping takes care of such things overnight

I be on the Beyond in March, did think it would happen overnight.  I do have an email from them that shows the credit, I will print it out if not receive the money in my account and go to guest relations when on the ship, thank you so much.
