Can anybody help me it's my first time and I don't have any idea what to pack

Welcome to Cruise Critic.

A phone or small pocket camera is a good idea for shots aboard the ship (public areas, food, accommodations, etc.  For wildlife and scenery), a full range of gear to cover both close up or distance photos.  As an Olympus shooter, I carry my 12-40 mm and 40-150 mm lenses with a 1.4X adapter that I use for whale watching.  Extra batteries and memory cards are essential.  If your camera is not water resistant, a poncho is a good idea to keep your camera dry between shots.  Of course, an extra camera body that uses the same lenses would be a good idea.  Add a pair of binoculars (8X32) for spotting wildlife. Skip the tripod unless you will be away from crowds. A good backpack to carry gear, accessories, snacks, poncho, and removed clothing layers is a must.

An important item for me is photography gloves that allow the index finger and thumb tips to be turned away to allow camera adjustments.

Some take large telephoto lenses.

Before we can reasonably answer your question you need to ask yourself a basic question - is the prime purpose of the trip to take wonderful photographs including a 16 x 20 that you will hang on the wall or are you there to see and experience AK and get good photos so you relive your trip.  If the former you will take a large photo backpack and every accessory you have just in case you need it.  You will also end up carry a very heavy photo bag.  If the latter and I am in this group you will take as little as you can get away with.  In my case my entire photo kit weighs ~ 3 pounds and fits in a small bag.

What do you have for a camera/photography equipment? Are you looking to buy something primarily for this trip?

Unfortunately your question could mean you have $10,000 (or more) worth of cameras and lenses and wondering which to take, or you have an iPhone and would like something to get better pictures just for this trip, or somewhere in between. Lot of options out there to do any of that. But as stated a little more information would help a lot!
