Question on Sunset suite perks

I have conflicting answers, as to the benefits in a Sunset Sky Suite (old S1).  I am aware that higher suites get the Retreat and lounge, tips, internet and premium drink packages.  I’ve been told that the PBP, internet and gratuities are also afforded to Sunset Sky Suites.   I get conflicting information from Celebrity.   Has anyone here been in a SS suite and can confirm an answer.

Assuming your booking isn't one of the few exceptions, all suites including Sky Suites of any kind get the premium beverage package, premium wifi, and gratuities included.  Your invoice should have codes that list all these benefits.

Check your invoice for a charge and a separate line for credit with weird codes. Mine look  like this:

We had a Sunset Sky Suite on deck 12 of the Equinox in August 2021 and yes, we got all the Retreat suite amenities including a butler, Luminae, the Retreat Lounge and Retreat sundeck on Revolutionized and all E class ships. The only exceptions I know are if you move up to a suite from a non-suite on a move up bid, in those cases you only get the amenities you had in your originally cabin.

Move-up bids

There used to be some last minute cruise only guarantee suites but I don't know if I have seen them lately.

Possibly some casino rates?

 

Your invoice should let you know whether you are one of those exceptions.

Sone casino comped cruises, interline rates and charters are other times the booking may not include premium beverage package, premium wi-fi, gratuity or OBC.  I am not aware of any Suite passenger not having access to Luminae, Retreat Lounge, Sun Deck or a Butler.
