There's several fruit boat captains.

Sugar Beach, Malgretoute Beach in Soufriere.

Reduit, Pigeon Island causeway, Gros Islet, in Rodney Bay/GI area. .

We have seen him the last three times we went to Pigeon Island.  Once past COVID.
