Where to see OBC?

I bought 100 shares of CCL and emailed paperwork to Carnival.  I got an automatic acknowledgment back.  I know it could take several weeks to receive my OBC.  The app and website being a little hard to negotiate, somewhat less than intuitive, can someone tell me how to see any OBC on my account?  My OCD brain tells me to check daily until it appears (somewhere).

It will show up on Princess.com. Sign in.  Go to cruise.  Go to menu under credits.  Scroll all the way down.  

 

I received an email that they received document.  Although they tell you 21 days, I received it in less than a week/twice.

Thanks.  I found it.  It took less than 3 business days to appear.

They've gotten a LOT better at getting this handled over about the past month or so...

They need to promote who ever is in charge and move them to the IT department.

How about promoting them to President?  Won't add more comments, although I have A LOT.
