We are going to Coco cay and we have a Cabana on Chill Island. However there are 9 of us 6 adults and 3 children. Is there a way to add an extra person?

Just give your cabana attendant  a little extra cash when you check in. They'll have no problem giving you an extra wristband.

If the children are young enough, the cabana attendants don't really care.  Just introduce them, so they know it's okay that the kids are hanging around.  My nephews spent most of the morning playing in the Thrill Park section, but then needed to rest and nap for a bit in our cabana. (It's not like the little kids needed cocktails constantly.)

We were there a couple of weeks ago and the Cabana next to ours have 6 adults and 3 kids, there seemed to be no problem at all. The adults did their things and the kids did theirs... it was all good and everyone looked like they were having a great time.
