cruise port

I was wondering how far is the walk from the ship to the water taxi area at the cruise port.  We went to other ports that had people helping with either a tram or wheelchairs to move people through the terminal if it was a large area.  Any insight for this port. We are planning on going to the beach right off the port in town

Piers are open, no terminal.  It's not that far of a walk.

It’s probably close to 1/4 mile. It’s a flat, wide walkway.

In addition to the info above, there is usually golf cart transportation available at least there has been during our trips there and as recently as last March.
