OBC - reduced when signed in to my account today

Greetings fellow cruisers,

 

Just checking to see if anyone else signed into their account and noticed a reduction in their OBC.  We are showing a reduction of $400.  I will have my TA to check further tomorrow.

nope  looked today but, most of our OBC is from the TA so it doesn't show

i ve experienced this in the past.  Onboard credits are in US dollars.  every once in awhile even though your credit is say Canadian, then they do an update, the update is reflected in US currency not your ie Canadian and shows less.  Could this be the case?

Was the total originally correct or were you the beneficiary of a 'mistake' which has subsequently been corrected?

Happened to us for an upcoming cruise. They mistakenly gave us double obc. Upon recognizing the mistake, it was removed.
