We're going to be there a couple of days for upcoming cruises. I see a pinned post for restaurants in Ft Lauderdale, but can't seem to find much for Miami. There used to be a ton of those here pre-covid.  We will be staying on Biscayne, close to Bayfront, but plan on going up to the Brickell area for maybe shopping and dining. Anyone with recent recommendations. Thanks.

Depends on what you want and price range.

Some of the spots in Brickell I enjoy most:

River Oyster Bar

Edge Steak and Bar

Crazy About You

B Bistro + Bakery (for breakfast)

In Downtown(you can walk or take Metromover)

CVI.CHE 105

niu kitchen

If you want off the boat seafood (uber)

Garcias

There are also some typical places that offer good meals like Capital Grille, Trulucks etc.. I am not a big fan of the what I call "Instagram" places like Sexy Fish or Komodo though they are popular.

Thanks for the recommendations. We'll spend some time checking those menus out online. Not looking for too fancy or too expensive. Just probably a late afternoon or early dinner. My plan is to take the trolley down to the Brickell area and then walk around. It appears the trolley goes right from where we're at to there, with one connection.

I appreciate the feedback. We're definitely not looking for chains, or at least national ones.
