Four weigh-ins this 2nd month of the year

Is your weight loss goal for the month near?

 

No matter what you want to lose-- if 5 lbs. or 2 is good.

You can do it, might lose more or less depending on your food.

 

Just remember whatever you lose in February.

That will have you weigh less starting in March.

 

So keep losing day by day.

Then someday you can be Ms/Mrs. USA😄
