Does promo OBC show up once aboard?

Hi.

 

 

 

Booked during a recent promo to get $300 OBC. However it doesn't show on account.

 

This happened with previous cruises with HAL and RCi , once aboard the statement on the TV showed the credit.

 

We have already booked and therefore full paid for a shore trip through the account, so no credit available there as someone suggested.

 

Emails for answer haven't had any reply.

Maybe due to the changes in the system.?

Hopefully you have documentation or  a screen shot. Everything is slow with the changeover to the new website but best to be prepared. I suspect it won't be an issue.

My promo OBC has always shown up in my account immediately, I think I’d be inclined to email them about it.

It shows up on your account onboard they always say within 24 hours. Sometimes it’s not there the first time I check but it’s always there by the next morning. In addition if it’s non refundable (ie from Azamara) they send you a letter to your room reminding you of the amount and what you can and cannot use it for.

Booked through a TA.  Mine showed up on the first document she sent me, showing my deposit.

All but my TA’s OBC showed up right away. My TA’s OBC showed up a day or two into the cruise

Definitely not showing on any documentation. Wow,  such mixed answers, fingers crossed it shows when on board.

I have a final invoice from my TA that shows everything.  Did you book direct?

Just cause the ad says you get obc does not mean that it’s for every room category sometimes they just do obc for suites

I wouldn't hope so. Check as soon as possible, on board it may be too late. The OBC at the moment is not for guarantee cabins. If you booked a fix cabin call your TA or Azamara.
