Have the requirements to up load  Vaccination status and answering the Health Questionnaire been eliminated ???

I do not see them for my cruise next week.

Our Guest Check-In Arrival Status is " Incomplete "    What does this mean ???

Thanks in advance

Are you looking on the website and see incomplete?

If you’re seeing it on the downloaded App, then look at all your entries and see if there is a red check or either of you, if you have a roommate.  Correct each one until you see green checks.

Did you order your wearable medallion?

Order it, even if it is pickup at port.

Did you pick an arrival time?

Click on Personal information and documents

move down to suggested…

Click Arrivals ..pick any time you want

You should be in the green now.

As far as health questions, they will ask you at the port.  But, check your

sailing and see what is required.  People on here can’t answer that.

If you’re on an enhanced voyage then check the rules by using the CruiseHealth tool on the website.

Another item to check for is the "Emergency Return Airport" in the app.  If that is not populated you will not show as "Green Lane".

This is good advice. For some reason, my hubby's return airport didn't want to stick.

Also, make sure you've added everybody to a credit card for payment. That's another one that didn't want to stick.

Very few cruises remain that require Vax status.

All Panama Canal cruises that stop in Colombia require proof of vac or medically observed test for anyone over 18. That is due to that country’s rules
