Specialty Dining Sharing

Has anyone ever gone to a Specialty Dining on NCL and split the meal? 

 

If so, do they count it as 1 persons' specialty dinner or both people's? 

 

So could we go 2x and split the meal, having each visit count as only one person's specialty dinners that are included in the FAS? 

 

There is no way either my travel partner or I can eat all the food in a Specialty Dinner meal.
