Current Covid rules if you test positive while ON the ship?

I understand pre-cruise testing is no longer required.  What happens if you test positive while ON the ship?  Are you required to quarantine in your room?  What are the rules?  

Well, I don't know the procedure, but, if someone tests positive, I would hope they would self-quarantine if it's not actually required.

They aren't testing everyone to board, that true.  But, they could test someone if they get sick onboard and go to the health center.
