Snorkeling at Vigie ?

Is there any decent snorkeling off this beach or would we be etter trying to get up to the National Park beach ?

Very very minimal, over by the Vigie peninsula area, but not a lot.  Some on the back side of the peninsula around the hospital area and such...

Otherwise, up around the national park and Smuggler's Cove

Thank You ! Best way to get to Smugglers Cove or the park beach from the cruise port ?   Taxi or are there water taxis ?   ANy idea what a taxi costs & how long it takes ?

$35usd -$40usd for either Pigeon Island national Park or Smuggler's Cove aka Naked Fisherman restaurant at Cap Maison...

Taxis available for return

PI has hiking, ruins, couple restaurants, etc - it's a lovely full day experience.

Takes 30-45 minutes to PI, around 40 to Smuggler's Cove, leave plenty of time for return, only one road...
