Regarding OBC - can I access before cruise?

Hi all - hoping some experts can weight in. I booked a cruise on RCL with an online travel company and got $350 onboard credit. Is there any chance they will appear in my RCL cruise account BEFORE sail date? To be able to access to pre-purchase items on my account?

Should appear in the Cruise Planner (big banner at the top of the screen).

Obc from Royal will appear in your planner.   Usually tjose from ta will not appear in advance.

To kind of paraphrase/clarify njkruzer, if the OBC was given to you by Royal Caribbean it will appear in your cruise planner right away and can be used for purchases. If it was given to you from your travel agent then it will not appear in your account until you board the ship.
