It looks like you can now book casino rates through your CVP rather than going through the casino department. This is per my CVP

Yes but offers look screwed up.   Tried to upgrade and got same price as when I went on without signing in.  Would rather speak with someone directly

That is why I mentioned that if you have a CVP they can now handle these orders for you
