tottenhamfc Posted March 1, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 1, 2023 I am on Quantum and same notice was emailed today. I suggest waiting until check in in a couple of weeks. It gives more detailed info.
Jussabitconfused Posted March 1, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2023 It is probably considered a transpacific cruise and vaccination is required. I am glad you brought this up because I had considered that cruise and now I will not.

I have looked at what requires vaccines many times and have never seen that wording for Hawaii to Vancouver. It used to say to Bermuda and still says to Colombia. And also, Transatlantic and Transpacific and out of Australia.
crzndeb Posted March 1, 2023 #7 Share Posted March 1, 2023 That info was just updated today. RAT do not need to be proctored.
tottenhamfc Posted March 1, 2023 #8 Share Posted March 1, 2023 (edited) It is not a Govt of Canada restriction. The cruise ship restrictions were lifted end of Oct last year. Si not sure why RCL insists on testing when other lines are not. It is not a big deal but just another thing to think about while relaxing in Hawaii. Maybe they are wary that Canada can change on a dime and they dont want any issue’s at debarkation. Edited March 1, 2023 by tottenhamfc
