Cancelling Cocoa Cay reservations

Recommended Posts

wait, you are on the ship, and want to cancel?  Why are you asking us, and not going to the desk to ask them?  We can't help you, but on the ship, they have an excursion desk that can help you.

Your other option, is simply press the button to cancel and see if it lets you.  No need to ask.

Does anyone know how late you can cancel any of your Cocoa Cay reservations?  It is Day 2 of our cruise.  Is waiting until we board too late?

As mentioned its 48 hours prior to the excursion but you need to take into account that the cruise planner is closed 72 hours prior to sailing.

They said "It is day 2 of our cruise".  That could mean Coco-Cay is day 2 of their cruise, or that "It is (presently) day 2 of our cruise"

Not really because they follow that up with "is waiting till we board too late"

um... lol, not trying to be petty, but you brought it up 😉

THAT could also mean that they were already onboard if the question context was general and not specific.

Either way - not an issue to get into a Canadian Royal Rumble over 🙂

Thanks all. Our cruise isn't until April.  Just wondering if we can wait until we board to cancel or if we need to do it in advance.  Guess I will do it before. We may have too many waterpark passes.
