dateacher Posted March 2, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 2, 2023 Does anyone know how late you can cancel any of your Cocoa Cay reservations? It is Day 2 of our cruise. Is waiting until we board too late?
acuprulez Posted March 2, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 2, 2023 I think it's 48 hour notice no penalty cancellation. You should be asking the excursion desk onboard, not a forum.
MommaBear55 Posted March 2, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 2, 2023 Your reservation is locked 72 hours before you get in your cruise, so you need to do it then or throw yourself on the mercy of the shore excursion staff the minute you get on board. Joseph2017China Posted March 2, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 2, 2023 (edited) wait, you are on the ship, and want to cancel? Why are you asking us, and not going to the desk to ask them? We can't help you, but on the ship, they have an excursion desk that can help you. Your other option, is simply press the button to cancel and see if it lets you. No need to ask. Ryder101 Posted March 2, 2023 #5 Share Posted March 2, 2023 I think they are saying it takes place on day 2 of the cruise, because the next line is "is waiting till we board to late". (I think?)

As mentioned its 48 hours prior to the excursion but you need to take into account that the cruise planner is closed 72 hours prior to sailing. That could mean Coco-Cay is day 2 of their cruise, or that "It is (presently) day 2 of our cruise"

Either way - not an issue to get into a Canadian Royal Rumble over 🙂
dateacher Posted March 2, 2023 Author #11 Share Posted March 2, 2023 Thanks all. Our cruise isn't until April. Just wondering if we can wait until we board to cancel or if we need to do it in advance. Guess I will do it before. We may have too many waterpark passes.
