Equinox Cabin - Slant/Obstructed Veranda or Traditional Veranda?

We are trying to choose a cabin on the Equinox - We can get a partially obstructed Veranda on the Slant (Deck 6) or free upgrade to an Unobstructed Veranda (Deck 7/8)?  Any opinions?  The slant room is 6207.  Thank you!

Why would you NOT take the upgrade?  I may be missing something.

The slant rooms have much bigger balconies and the upgrade only gets us 1 or 2 decks up with smaller balcony, and probably a connecting room.

Connecting rooms on Equinox are a non-issue as they connect outside your room.  If you aren't connecting with the adjacent cabin you will never notice it.  There is an extra door folded into the vestibule.

Depends on how/if you use your balcony.  We spend a lot of time on our balcony reading and relaxing, so we would probably pick the bigger balcony even with an obstruction.  I am guessing the obstruction is that there will be a lifeboat off the bottom half of your balcony.

The stateroom might have bigger balconies but the link below shows how much of your view is blocked!!!!

Thank you so much for this link! It is very helpful to see the specific view for each obstructed room.
