What are the options for breakfast on symphony apart from windjammer, Has Diamond lounge still got continental. Is central park cafe open for breakfast and Johnny rockets is that free, what other options available?

Yes to everything. There is also breakfast in the MDR on sea days.

Breakfast is available in the dining room every day, not just sea days. Some ships are moving to a sea day  brunch, others are not.

Add the Solarium Bistro to the list, and possibly El Loco Fresh

Add free continental B-Fast from Room service.  Mornings are better with a fresh pot of coffee on the balcony.
