mominwestlake Posted March 20, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2023 We are cruising out of NYC in September and it's our first time there. Flight to EWR are a lot cheaper than flights to LGA. But what is the easiest and reasonably priced way to get to Manhattan? We don't want to rent a car or take an Uber.

You can take a NJ Transit train to New York Penn Station or the Coach USA Newark Airport Express bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal, Bryant Park or Grand Central Terminal. One way adult fare for the train is $15.75, $11.75 for senior citizens. One way adult fare for the bus is $18.70 , $9.35 for seniors. Rare 1025cruise Posted March 20, 2023 #3 Share Posted March 20, 2023 The easiest way would be an Uber. But since you don't want to do that, you could look into a car service. Otherwise you could do NJ Transit as suggested, but you'd probably still need a taxi from NY Penn.
mar1060 Posted April 3, 2023 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2023 Take NJ transit train to Penn station NY, then a taxi to hotel or cruise terminal.
