Will be on the Wonder in a month & as I only have 1 cigar & that is after breakfast where on what deck on  the Wonder can I have my one & only vice ( outside of being married )??

One option. there are others.

Lime & Coconut's upper level (deck 16) is on the Sky Walk - a walkway connecting portside-starboard. This level of the lounge is often used for small-group themed events (including single cruisers gatherings, cigar-smoking, etc). This is a smoking-allowed area.

There is a large smoking area on the starboard  side of the pool deck 15.

It's really a shame they got rid of the cigar lounges on the ships.   It's different smoking a cigar than a cigarette.  It was great, they have a waiter even.  Those were the days!   Hopefully it comes back....
