Problems booking with Princess

Received an offer for interior room with Princess Plus.  Called to book and that’s where problems started.   Upgraded to balcony and paid the difference plus the $200 pp deposit and taxes and port fees.   My summary does not show the $200 as OBC , our free play or the amenities with Princess Plus.   Agent said she would send to “elevate it”.  Still waiting.  Luckily, I kept the actual offer I got.   Never had this happen before

Have not seen free plus package on any of my recent offers but am still getting free balcony and $400 - $600 per person free play. I am ok with paying for the plus package and my newest travel summary for one just booked shows my $200 pp OBC and the free play. Upgraded to a full suite and was a heck of a deal. Incredibly I was able to book through future cruise sales on board another ship
