Thanks... NROBC from Celebrity. Will be used first when making purchases in your CP or onboard. ROBC from a TA. Credited back to your Credit Card. Funjoe Posted April 4, 2023 #5 Share Posted April 4, 2023 My booking confirmation says onboard credit. I know some is from celebrity and some from TA. How do I know if the TA portion is refundable? Thanks
ChucktownSteve Posted April 4, 2023 #6 Share Posted April 4, 2023 Otherwise if the TA is participating with Celebrity on a promotional OBC, even though it appears to be coming from the TA, it's not so that will be NROBC. Make sure you ask your TA first if their OBC is R or NR.

It will show separately refundable and non refundable OBC amounts.
Mr. Click Posted April 5, 2023 #8 Share Posted April 5, 2023 ROBC from your TA typically does not show up before you are onboard. That means you cannot use for advance purchases but if you don't use it during the cruise it is refunded to you.. a little double edge sword on this stuff.
