qa4ever Posted April 9, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2023 I've done two cruises on RC since having to go Gluten Free. Oasis in 2018 and Liberty in 2019. They were very similar except that Oasis had a GF-labeled island in WindJammer and Liberty did not (I don't understand why they don't do this consistently across all ships - either do for all or do for none). I quite enjoyed these things and am wondering if these are still available (going on Harmony): - Asking a staff member for gluten-free french toast or pancakes at windjammer for breakfast (this would sometimes take up to 20 minutes, and was inconsistent, sometimes wrapped in saran wrap, sometimes not, sometimes warm, sometimes cold, sometimes immediately, sometimes took quite awhile). - Gluten-free cookies at Park Cafe were available on request. - Asking a staff member for a gluten-free hamburger bun to eat the available burgers for lunch at the windjammer. - There were some desserts labeled gluten-free in the windjammer. - I was shown the next night's menu at dinner and able to order **almost** anything on the menu and they would accommodate trying to change it to be safe. Anything else that I must try? Not a big pizza fan! How were the options at cocoa cay?
smokeybandit Posted April 9, 2023 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2023 All of the above are still true.
lenquixote66 Posted April 9, 2023 #3 Share Posted April 9, 2023 I was told by the Head Chef on the Anthem that every item on a menu can be made Gluten Free. On my last cruise that was exactly what I requested.I was given the menus at dinner for the following day to order.

But British night is on 8+ night cruises. Edited April 9, 2023 by smokeybandit
