Reservation # Locked

Last week my wife and I booked a Galapagos cruise in 2024 and when I try to access the reservation it states “the reservation number you entered is locked.”  Can anyone tell me why it is locked? Thank you.

Can’t tell you why… but the same thing happened to us.  First time I called, they said it was an IT issue.  Waited a few weeks and called again and was transferred to a dept that fixed it.

This used to be a problem if you forgot to logout somewhere.  I’d call Celebrity and ask for tech support.

It happens if someone is  accessing the reservation, and closes the window without exiting the reservation.  It's supposed to clear after a few minutes, but I don't know that it always does.
