Bed Selection

Hi all! I am new to MSC, mostly cruise on Carnival. With Carnival there is a section in your cruise details where you select if you want a King bed or Twin bed. I can't seem to find any information on how you make this selection with MSC.

 

Does anyone have any insight on how that works with MSC? Thank you so much for any information!

Certain stateroom types have a main bed that can be split and some stateroom types have a bed that cannot be split. 

 

If you have a stateroom that has a bed that can be split and the bed isn't set up correctly, the room steward will set the bed in the way that you want.

Did you book through a travel agent? We always give our preference to her, and she takes care of it at the initial booking. If not, and it is set up not the way you want it, just ask your cabin steward to fix it.

It's been a while since I had a MSC booking but I thought there was a place you could select it in the Web Check-in area?

I couldn't find anything there, although I also have a message that I can't fully check in until 20 days before my cruise, so maybe it shows up after that?

 

I'm fine with just asking our room steward too, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything is all.

King is default, if you pre-order Twin from my experience the chance is 1 out of 5 that they prepared it. But as mentioned, no problem at all, the room steward can change this in 2 minutes.
