We were on Wonder 3/19-24.  Had aft ATS suite with zero soot.  Spent most sea days on suite sun deck and same/ no soot.  Unless we got really lucky or they have gremlins cleaning up all the time it seems like the problem is fixed, or a lot better.

For what it's worth, the Suite Sun deck was relaxing, uncrowded and beautiful.  Enjoyed it.

Agree that the Wonder suite sun deck is a lovely place to spend time.   We were on the same sailing as you posted and did in fact have major soot issues on the suite deck, on the loungers near the railing, overlooking in-between the basketball court and mini golf.

BUT, further back near the bar, or even towards the back wall, there did not seem to be a soot issue.

Must have missed that.  Thank you for clarifying

The area further back near the bar is where I'd sit as i don't want full sun anyway and it's good to be close to the bar.  Good to hear that the soot isn't bad in that.

I still hope they get the soot issue under control -- it's a shame to have this kind of problem on a new ship.

Agree.

We were on her two weeks ago also.  Too bad we didn't meet.

You probably saw us, if you watched people dancing at night or you were at the Top Tier event.
