What does FREEUP include?

We have FREEUP on our invoice for an upcoming cruise. I don’t recall what that included? Anyone know?

I would imagine that’s Free Upgrade, so you maybe paid for an Oceanview and got a Verandah etc at the time of booking.

I queried exactly the same thing. It means free upgrade which I got when I booked. It has nothing to do with the beverage packages

I have Freeup, there was no upgrade, I was told it was the Premium Beverage package and wifi for one person that was the benefit for booking early (my bookings that have this are for 2024 which were made in 2021

My cruise in November has free Wifi, premium drinks package & $300 OBC. it’s labelled as EXMO

The past booking I had FREEUP one was booked during the 'book veranda, pay for outside' offer

I did have one booking with Premium Beverage/wifi but it shows FREEBEV

We have FREE UP for our next one too. Simply meant that we paid for one verandah level and were upgraded to the next verandah level.

EXMO was the early booking bonus, i.e Experience More Package
