NebrFarmer Posted April 24, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2023 We have over 25 cruises with princess. Is there now a luggage fee for foreign flights?
katisdale Posted April 24, 2023 #2 Share Posted April 24, 2023 That depends, what airline, what departure and arrival airports, any flights once you arrive in the first foreign airport, is the connection on the same ticket? We have always gotten one bag each from US to Europe in economy and premium economy and two bags each when flying business.
lx200gps Posted April 24, 2023 #3 Share Posted April 24, 2023 Are you sure this is a Princess/EZ Air issue?. Baggage fees usually depend on the carrier and are affected by things like fare level (economy, business etc), fare class, loyalty status, what credit card is used for the airline booking, etc. For example, with my airline status and my credit card, I get one free bag for each of me and my wife regardless of where we travel.

This ^^^ EZair does not charge baggage fees. Airlines do. Take a look at EZair's fine print and you'll see they inform you that baggage fees are a separate item and up to the airline.
Rare cr8tiv1 Posted April 24, 2023 #5 Share Posted April 24, 2023 Check with the airline you purchased through EZ Air. Depending on domestic or foreign. Canada is considered "domestic" North America. Some airlines charge, or allow one free, or if lucky, two (rare). Could be as low as $30 or as high as $100. Foreign carriers are a little stricter with carry on size. Some not. Best to check with assigned carrier.
