A very warm good morning to everyone,

does anybody know, if RC is still in dry dock in Lisboa? Does she have any issues. We want to sail with her May 13th and hopefully everything is fine by then.

Thank you all in advance for informations.

A wonderful weekend to everyone

Annette

Please let us know how your cruise went, and any details about the conditions of the ship.  Thanks.

Just back.  Couldn't find anyone who could tell me what might have been done in drydock...in fact they didn't know about any recent drydock.   So unfortunately can't help with that.

The ship seems in good shape.   Food was decent and plentiful.   DH thought it was a bit bland but I didn't.   Different strokes!  Dinner starts at 730pm and we never got out before 930pm.   Late dining is not to our liking.

The weather was mostly overcast and windy which led to the ship really rocking.  We've been on  Many cruises but this was 1 for the books.  So many folks not being able to sleep due to the ships motion.  While sitting in the dining room1 lady in our group had her chair go over backwards...thankfully someone caught her before she hit the ground.

Staff great..cheerful and helpful.  Cabin small but sufficient for our needs.  There is a sideboard on the bed to protect people from rolling off the bed.  Think of a guard rail on a toddler bed, many were so grateful for it.

No fridge in room, 1 big water bottle, small safe.  Shower takes getting used to..flooded the bathroom floor first couple times. Lol.

Lovely to watch the sails come up!

No elevator,  narrow stairs going from outside deck to deck.

Would we sail on ship again..no. just not for us.  Others liked it.

If you had any questions,  ask and I'll try to answer.

Cheers
