Fully Paid Up Cruise - What Next

We have paid deposits for cruises with Crystal Symphony for this year and next with our first balance due in June this year.

Has anyone paid their cruise balance?

If so, what did Crystal respond with? (eg an email account, resevations for specialist restaurants, booking excursions, details of talks etc etc.)

Cheers

The system to allow you to provide guest details, make reservations, etc., is not up as of now but is expected to be operational shortly.

So at the present time, when you make full payment your TA will receive an invoice noting that.

What happens in July?

July would be the first sailing for the New Crystal, and if one were booked on a sailing in July, one would have already paid the full amount due.  Mr. Bluebird has not yet paid the full amount, so cannot be sailing in July.

Yes, that's the reason I originally posted.  I was curious to know what information Crystal was providing to paid up passengers for the inaugral cruise as the Crystal website is still work-in-progress as evidenced by the May 2024 cruise from Rome to Lisbon which states that Malaga in Spain is an island (ie the famed islands of Ibiza and Malaga').

I do hope it's not Symphony's navigator who has written this !

I, too, am hoping to see some lists of speakers, shore excursions, entertainment, slots to sign up for specialty restaurant reservations, etc. I would think that the PIF pax for the late July sailings would need access to that by now?

We are getting closer to a system that will allow for important guest information to be entered and the ability to make reservations.
